Depalletizing solution

Our idea of depalletizing solution is to find a right combination between technical specifications and purchasing cost.

 

Using an anthropomorphic robot is possible to find the right customized result.

 

The economic justification of a depalletizing solution is mainly driven by the achievable throughput (cases per hour), the system availability, the required floor space and the utilization rate of the complete production line.

 

A wide variety of containers and packs must be picked and depalletized on schedule and without any errors. Based on these highly dynamic requirements, we have developed a depalletizing solution closely following the “Flexible” concept, a software package developed for complex projects.

 

Thereby, we are able to lay out ideal depalletizing solution patterns for heterogeneous products in order to construct a more stable, more compact, more flexible product.

 

Accordingly to the layout configuration and the gripping heads, our depalletizing solution range can be from 6000 bottle per hour until 50.000.
