Stretch wrapping machine
The stretch wrapping machine allows you to wrap a highly stretchable plastic film around the pallet.
It is frequently used to unitize pallet loads. In pallet unitizing, stretch wrapping machine can have several functions:
- improve the stability of the pallet;
- give more efficient handling and storage of pallet unit loads;
- give some degree of dust and moisture protection;
- make the pallet resistance.
Making sure packs stay on the pallet is an important consideration in warehouse distribution.
The stretch wrapping machine can be semiautomatic and automatic and includes also a conveyor system to automatically load the wrapping machine and automatic systems to apply, seal, and cut the film.
The models can be the following:
Turntable Wrappers: a rotating platform with stretched film and top cover for palletized loads. The electronic powered device for releasing film is controlled ensuring a pre-stretching to 300%. These stretch wrapping machines are capable to reach a production capacities up to 50 pallets/hour.
Rotary Arm Wrappers: rotary arm stretch wrapping machine for wrapping pallets with film stretch and waterproof top sheet for palletized loads. The electronic powered device for releasing film is controlled ensuring a pre-stretching to 300%. It’s capable to reach the production capacities up to 100 pallets/hour.
Rotary ring wrappers: the stretch wrapping machine for wrapping pallets works with film stretch and waterproof top sheet for palletized. The electronic powered device for releasing film is controlled ensuring a pre-stretching to 300%. These machines are capable to reach the highest production capacities up to 160 pallets/hour.
